Refund & Cancellation Policy

1Visa Application Cancellations and Refunds

• Cancellation Before Application Submission:If you choose to cancel your visa application before it is submitted to the relevant authorities, we will refund the whole fee.
• Cancellation After Application Submission:Once your visa application has been submitted to the appropriate authorities, we are unable to offer a refund. This includes cases where the visa application is rejected or denied by the relevant authorities.
• Visa Rejection:If your visa is rejected after submission, no refund will be provided for the visa service fee. However, you may be eligible for a refund of any refundable third-party fees (such as embassy fees), depending on the policies of the visa authority.
• Changes or Corrections to Applications:If you need to make changes or corrections to your visa application after submission, additional fees may apply, and such changes are subject to approval by the relevant authorities. Any additional costs incurred will be your responsibility.

2Travel Service Cancellations and Refunds

• Flights:Airline tickets are generally non-refundable. In case of cancellations, you may be eligible for a partial refund, subject to the airline's cancellation policy. In most cases, airlines may charge cancellation or change fees.
• Hotels:Hotel bookings are subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. If you cancel within the allowed period, you may be entitled to a full or partial refund. If you cancel outside of the allowed period, the hotel may charge a cancellation fee, which will be your responsibility.
• Tours & Activities:For cancellations of tours, excursions, or other activities, refund eligibility depends on the cancellation policy of the respective service provider.
• Transportation (Other than Flights):For services such as car rentals or transfers, cancellation policies vary by provider. Refunds may be available if you cancel within the specified window outlined by the service provider.

3General Cancellation and Refund Terms

• Cancellation Requests:To request a cancellation or refund, you must notify us via email at contact@airopass.com.
• Processing Fees:Refunds are subject to a processing fee, where applicable. This fee covers administrative costs incurred by us in managing the cancellation process.
• Refund Method:Refunds will be processed to the original payment method, unless otherwise agreed upon. Please allow [X] business days for refunds to appear in your account after approval.
• Non-Refundable Fees:Certain fees, such as government visa processing fees, third-party service charges, or booking fees, may be non-refundable.
• Force Majeure:We are not responsible for cancellations or changes due to events beyond our control, such as natural disasters, strikes, pandemics, or political unrest.

4No-Show Policy

• Visa Services:If you fail to provide necessary documentation for your visa application on time, no refund will be issued.
• Travel Services:If you fail to show up for your scheduled travel service, no refund will be provided.

5Changes to Bookings

• Visa Applications:Changes to your visa application after submission may be subject to additional fees and approval by the relevant authorities.
• Travel Bookings:You may be able to modify your travel bookings subject to provider terms. Change fees may apply.
